Gazeley UK Ltd have recently completed their speculative 385,000 sq ft “eco shed” as part of a £50 million investment into the strategic development site in North Staffordshire. This unique building is the world's first scheme to be awarded the “New BREEAM Outstanding” classification. All of the building's heat and energy is supplied by renewable sources with significant cost savings to the occupier.
